Plus, there appears to be no automatic method of opting out if you do not have the ability to send to a premium SMS!

Description: Premium SMS, promotes ringtones and games. Gives away free ringtones for nearly two weeks before starting premium services and seems to adhere to all regulations.
Problems: No legal issues that we can see and a very responsive customer service. We have heard however that more ‘combative’ customers have less joy in getting refunds.
